Family Fun Day Volunteers (Various Roles)
SERVICE
Date: Saturday, March 30, 2024
Volunteers Needed: Varies
Time Slots: 9am to 11am, 11am to 1pm, 1pm to 3pm & 2pm to 4pm
Description: Come have fun with the families and children of Linked UP Church
while serving at Family Fun Day during Resurrection Weekend. We will have games,
rides, egg hunts by age group, and a scavenger hunt. Volunteers are
needed throughout the day to assist the Children’s Ministry in various role
to include but not limited to: parking lot, registration, game monitors, and the prayer tent.
PLEASE NOTE: This serve project is off-site and NOT located at Linked UP Church
Referee for 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament (The PLUG)
SERVICE

Time Slots: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Description:Assist The PLUG, our youth ministry, at the Family Fun Day
event during Resurrection weekend. Volunteers will serve
as referees during the 3-on-3 basketball tournament.
Shirts and whistles will be provided.

Volunteer at The Book Worm Book Fest – Powder Springs

Location: Thurman Springs Park, 4485 Pineview Dr, Powder Springs, GA
Description: The Book Worm is a bookstore located in Historic Downtown
Powder Springs, Georgia. The Book Worm Book Fest 2024 will be a week-long
celebration for lovers of books of all ages. Over the course of the week, there will be
many unique book-themed events featuring authors, panel discussions, a special kids
festival, and so much more.
